How to Make Baked Oil-Free Tortilla Chips

Homemade tortilla chips go great with Buffalo Chicken Lettuce Wraps. And they are so easy to make. All you need is corn tortillas, fresh lime juice, and a bit of salt.

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Stack about 4 tortillas on top of each other and slice them into 6 triangles by halving them first, then cutting each half into three equal-sized pieces. Repeat until you have created enough gluten-free tortilla chips for your liking.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the sliced tortilla chips next to each other in a single layer.
  4. Drizzle the tortilla chips with fresh lime juice and sprinkle with salt.
  5. Place the baking sheet into the oven and bake for around 10 minutes until they are golden and crisp.
  6. Remove from the oven and serve with your favorite salsa.
