Let's redefine midlife

as a time for investing in your health.

I am passionate about helping executive level women take charge of their health so they can add life to their years. Not just years to their life.

Welcome to midlife!

You are in the middle of your own life course. You have children to care for, aging parents to care for, and a busy career.

You should be focusing on ways to improve your physical and mental health. But, modern life encourages poor lifestyle choices that interfere with our personal and professional goals. We tend to seek convenience over quality and prioritize doing well over being well.

As a result of these choices, many of us lead unhealthy lifestyles filled with stress and anxiety, altering our mood, mindset, productivity, and performance.

Isn’t it time for you to invest in a Self-Care Health Plan now so you can live a long vibrant life?

Why now?

Because you don’t want to spend most of your “prime time” years coping with the three Ds:

  • disease,
  • disability,
  • and doctors.

I will help you develop a unique, customized Self-Care Health Plan that is doable and enjoyable.

So if you’re ready to lose weight and keep it off so you have clearer thinking, more energy, fewer aches and pains, more self-esteem, radiant skin, and a leaner body, then I invite you to work 1-on-1 with me.

Together we will work step by step towards YOUR optimal health and wellness.

Hi there, I'm Jenny Bailey

I’m a Trailing-Edge Baby Boomer who helps high-level career women achieve their weight loss goals so they have more energy and feel good in their bodies.

Why choose me?

I share a similar lifestyle as you–dealing with the demands of a busy career while raising two boys, managing a household, and helping my husband take care of his 92-year-old mom.

I know what it feels like to put yourself last on your To-Do List. By burning the candlestick at both ends, you wind up feeling spent and burned out.

This can come at a cost…

In my early 50s, I was diagnosed with high blood pressure and prediabetes. I ate a lot of cheese and crackers,  drank a lot of wine, and binged watched TV shows to destress.

I had put myself first–but in an unhealthy way. My children and husband were worried and afraid to talk to me.

That diagnosis was a wake-up call!

I did not want to end up like my father who died from a heart attack at the age of 52–leaving me, my four siblings, and my mom heartbroken.

So I vowed to do whatever it took to keep my body in good working order so I can be there for my husband, children, and future grandchildren.

I enrolled in a weight loss program and lost 25 pounds by eating real foods and exercising.

At my next physical, my blood sugar level had stabilized and I was no longer prediabetic.

Unfortunately, I inherited high blood pressure from my mom and manage it with medications.

By making health my hobby I now:

  • Feel better
  • Look better
  • Think better
  • Move better

Now I’m on a mission to help you make health your hobby.

If you’re ready to take control of your health so you can have FUN in all areas of your life now and in decades to come, then let’s hop on a discovery session call to discuss how I can help you.
